Caprese salad

CAPRESE SALAD

Classic caprese with ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, and a light balsamic drizzle.

SERVES 4

  • 3–4 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • Flaky salt and black pepper

ASSEMBLE

Layer tomato and mozzarella slices on a platter, tucking basil leaves between. Drizzle with olive oil.

SEASON & SERVE

Finish with flaky salt and cracked pepper. Serve immediately at room temperature.
